Project Story

The first two missions were held in Barangay La Union, Candijay on February 15, 2025 and in Barangay Sta. Cruz, Calape on March 23, 2025, offering consultations, prescribed medicines, dental care, ECG testing, blood screenings, eye checks, hygiene support, legal consultations, and feeding activities.

The largest outreach followed on August 25, 2025 in Pangangan Island, Calape, where the program served more than 500 beneficiaries from eight barangays.

That large-scale mission was made possible through Appalachian Angels 304 volunteers from West Virginia, USA, alongside the Local Government of Calape, JCI Metro Cebu Uptown, the AFP 21st Special Forces Riverine Company, and other partners.
